Free Photoshop Template: Page Peel for any Image

New to Vibr8 Bros.? Don't panic. Get our RSS Feed.

With this Photoshop tutorial (including free PSD template), you can add the page peel effect to any of your images in just one easy step.

Page peel? What’s this again?

By adding the page peel effect to an image, you can make it look like a “real page” - so to speak. Now, you can do it with no hassle by using our free Photoshop template.

It’s as easy as 1

Yeah, right: one! No kidding. You need no more than one simple step to use this freebie for your own designs. And because we’re the Vibr8 Bros., and we’re nice, and cool, and sexy, we will show you exactly how to do it. Here goes:

tutshot_01.jpg

  • In Photoshop, pull the pagepeel layer from the PSD onto the image of your choice.

Aaah! One step, now ain’t that cool?

The PSD (you can download it below) contains two layers. In the top layer (named Pagepeel), you’ll find just that. After you pulled the pagepeel layer on the image you want to add this effect to (make sure it’s on top of everything else), you can scale it (we recommend scaling it proportionally - press&hold the Shift key while scaling) and alter it as you wish.

Because we deliver this to you at 150ppi, you can easily scale it up for larger images you want to use on the web, say, on your blog.

We hope you find this free download useful. If you liked it, make us happy by leaving a comment below :)
